SAP, my company, is searching for students that are willing to get a Bachelor in Computer Science, called VT/STAR, Vocational Training. I'm adding here all the details and the links, but let me recap why it's a great thing for you.

The Bachelor is a 3-years program and you get paid while you study!!! First year, 1.300 EUR per month, then 1.450, and finally 1.600 EUR.

You have full access to all SAP facilities in the Campus, like the canteen, the sport gym and many other social places, with no costs on your side.

The Vocational Program is intended to hire young people, so once you complete your Bachelor, you pass the exams, the chances are quite high to be hired in SAP and start your career there.

The whole program is paid 100% by SAP. In detail:

this is not for German students, this is for any EU non-German student that is willing to start a Bachelor program intended to hire a future developer/data scientist/AI expert. For any EU citizen, this Bachelor program has no costs on your side, you just come and start.

for any non-EU citizen, you're charged for a one-time-only 1.500 EUR entry fee, and that's it.

Just to be transparent, the company does not cover any costs due to the relocation to Walldorf, Germany, those are on you.

The Bachelor start on September, 1st, every year, you need to go through an interview and pass an entry test, there's no deadline for your application, but if you apply once the program has already started and you pass it, you'll be in the line for the next year automatically.

Excellent written and spoken English => no, you just need the English required to study a STEM discipline, we don't need any future Shakespeare, you don't need to bring any English certification, you'll prove your knowledge at the interview, that's it. No German language is required!

Programming skills in at least one programming language => you don't need to be a senior, you don't need to be an expert, you just need to have some basic knowledge about what coding means, what is OOP, and some other basic computer programming concepts. If you have ever written a simple program on your own, I mean, something on the educational level, chances are that you can fit the program.

I feel like Will and Mike overcoming everything and it not being easy, but them having made it and found each other in the end, where other things in the plot make the overall story within Stranger Things is bittersweet.

Yeah this is a gorgeous ending for the show honestly. But overall i think it depends what your idea of a beautiful story is. personally i don't find sadness mixed in with happiness to be hard to watch or disappointing at all. i love sadness, i love a sad story, the humanity of it, if it's beautifully done and moves me and feels human and allows the characters to learn and grow. i think will needs a win, because so far his story is a tragedy and therefore it won't end that way, because a story that begins as a tragedy won't continue that way because a tragedy needs an arc. classic tragedies start well and end badly, whereas will started badly. therefore he needs a win or there's literally no growth for his character. BUT i do believe in nuance and bittersweetness, which could be as simple as mike and will having to leave everyone else they love behind to be together. this will also be a terribly sad ending. it's interesting that for so many people, that sadness is bearable yet mike and will not ending up together is too sad for them.

Will having a win in the end is something I stick with. Because it's so true - this show is not, ultimately a tragedy. I thibk these characters are going to fight and struggle and experience loss, but the survivors get hope and a semblance of happiness alongside the tragic. That feels important for this show.

The bittersweetness of overcoming evil and horror, but what did it cost them? It'll cost something. The bittersweetness of Mike and Will finding each other but to have a continued life together, they're going to have to strike out and continue their journey on their own. The character we've grown to love as an ensemble scatter and move on, leave each other behind for elsewhere, the next step. Childhood officially over and so much was taken. That's bittersweet. It's a bearable sadness because many do follow that path, it's one that's sad but familiar. Reaching a certain age or place in life and moving to move on. Leaving your family and friends behind for higher education. Getting a job elsewhere and leaving behind established community for the unknown. Bring forced to leave because the love at home isn't present and anywhere is better, but you're on your own now!

I just see that so much can be done without Will not getting the one thing he thinks he can never have - that's why I'm so firm on this "Byler endgame" thing and endgame is such a simple word that gets misconstrued. And maybe it is happily ever after, together for life, Mike and Will. Would that be so terrible? The kid who was "never gonna fall in love" and was lost then found then saved again then routinely forgotten - has someone fall in love with him and remain by his side...
